The Positive Leadership Training Suite (PLTS) is a virtual reality program, developed in collaboration with multiple partners, that offers managers and leaders the opportunity to develop positive leadership and communication skills.
My role on the PLTS project was as the primary programmer. I was responsible for architecting all of the project's systems, branched dialogue, VR interactions, as well as continued optimisation efforts, and supporting art and audio teams in developing the application.
The PLTS was created in Unity in C#, using UnityXR Toolkit targeted for deployment on Oculus Quest devices.
